Middlesbrough puts you in a genuinely useful spot. Close enough to the coast and countryside to make the most of the area, with quick access to the A19 and A66 for anyone covering ground across Teesside and beyond.

Space

The ground floor has real room to breathe. A generous lounge and dining area with a large table seating six, comfortable sofas, smart TV, and French doors opening out to the garden. It’s the kind of space where you can properly decompress after a long day rather than sit on top of each other. The garden is available to guests and well worth using in decent weather.

The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, and a washing machine. No launderette runs, no eating out every night because the kitchen’s missing something. It’s all there.

Six guests, three bedrooms, and enough bathroom provision that mornings don’t become a problem.

The double bedroom is well-finished and comfortable, with fresh linen and towels waiting. Two twin rooms sleep the remaining four, one of which has its own private ensuite WC and basin directly off the room. The family bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower. There’s also a separate additional shower room. Storage throughout means longer stays don’t feel like living out of a bag.

Transit

Saltburn is around 30 minutes away if you want a proper beach and a decent coffee. The North York Moors are within easy reach, while the A66 gives straightforward access east-west across the region and the A19 makes travelling north or south simple.
