Who stays in the property?

We typically work with businesses, helping their employees and contractors who need temporary accommodation across the North East. They cannot commit to long ASTs as they may be in the area for only a short period of time.

That’s where we come in and provide accommodation on a short-term basis to them, while ensuring we meet our obligations to you as our landlord or client.

Other guests who need accommodation while visiting the area are usually here for leisure purposes, or families who are either relocating or who need accommodation due to work being carried out on their main residence.

What assurances do you have that the property will be looked after?

Like anything, items can get damaged. However, unlike a regular tenant, we repair and maintain the property whenever an issue occurs.

Our guests have to provide ID and sign terms and conditions before staying. As such, issues are rare. A key difference with us is that we have guests, not tenants, so they have no right to occupy. If there is a problem, we can deal with it.

Overall, the property has to stay in hotel-standard condition or we could not operate as a business, so you can rest assured the property will be looked after. That’s what makes us the perfect management company, your needs and ours are aligned.

How do people book my property to stay?

You can find us on AirBnB, Booking.com and Vrbo amongst others but we always recommend booking directly through our website. It’s quick and easy and will always offer our best rates.
