The living room is designed around comfort and downtime. Comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and patio doors opening onto the garden create a space that feels calm and easy to settle into. Whether you’re unwinding after work, catching up on your favourite shows, or simply enjoying quieter evenings in, the layout makes the property feel genuinely homely.

The private rear garden adds another layer of calm to the stay. Backing onto trees rather than neighbouring properties, it offers a more peaceful setting than most town-based accommodation and gives guests somewhere to enjoy fresh air, slower mornings, or evening sunshine after busy days.

Sleeping up to five guests across three bedrooms, the house works particularly well for contractor teams, professionals sharing accommodation, or families visiting the area. Two bedrooms include comfortable double beds, while the third is a cosy single room.
