Turton House is a homely place to stay when visiting Yarm and is in perfect proximity to the infamous High Street. This lovely property offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests.

The cosy living room is the ideal place to kick back and relax after a busy day out in the area. The area is home to a comfortable sofa and a 50-inch smart TV. You can log in to your streaming accounts and watch your favourite shows.
Modern in style, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay including cookware and appliances such as an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer and kettle. Everything you need for a self-catered stay.

Sharing the space is the dining area where you can enjoy home-cooked meals with the rest of your party.

Up the stairs is home to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and wash basin.
The first bedroom has a comfy double bed & the second bedroom has twin single beds. Both rooms have ample storage space as they have built-in wardrobes for your belongings. All beds have plush cotton bedding

Our place has a private driveway that will fit 2 cars.

There is also free WiFi throughout.

As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

Turton House is situated within just a 5-minute walk to all the amenities Yarm High Street has to offer. There is a huge selection of bars, restaurants, delis, bakeries, salons and a Sainsbury’s for any groceries.
Teesside Airport is just a 10-minute drive away from the house.
Yarm Train Station is easily accessible by a 3-minute car journey or a 10-minute walk.
The A66 & A19 are just 10 minutes away from the house making it easily accessible for access to the whole of the North-East. Hugely accessible to all major employers, tourist attractions and the North East’s luxury wedding venues.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
