The living space is equipped with a sofa & accent chairs to kick back on, switch off from your day and watch your favourite shows on the 50-inch smart TV where you can log in to your favourite streaming apps.
The integrated kitchen has everything you could need for a comfortable self-catered stay including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
The apartment boasts two large bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed. In the second bedroom, you can find two single beds and both rooms have plenty of storage.
The apartment also has a modern family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, basin & WC.
To the side, there is a residents-only parking space.
The apartment has free WiFi throughout.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
Our place is approximately a 10-minute walk from North Tees Hospital or a 5-minute drive to both Norton High Street and Stockton town centre.
It is also well situated for both the A19 and A66 and travel times by car are approximately 15 minutes to central Middlesbrough (inc. Teesside University), 20 minutes to Redcar and 25 minutes to Darlington.
Our apartment is also a perfect base to explore Teesside and the surrounding areas.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
