This wonderful spacious apartment is immaculate throughout and offers every conceivable amenity for a relaxing self catered stay in Stockton.
Greeted by the open plan kitchen & living area at the top of the stairs you will see the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, kettle, toaster and microwave as well as everything else you would need to cook a delicious meal. There is also a useful utility area with washing machine and dishwasher. There is also ironing facilities, a vacuum cleaner & clothes horse. The living area is a real social hub with a 50 inch flat screen smart TV, this space is great for relaxing with your party after a busy day. There is free fibre broadband throughout.
Off the living room and through the hallway there is a communal WC.
Further through the hallway is the first double bedroom, with a full sized wardrobe and luxury en-suite with bath and overhead shower.
There is also a further roomy double bedroom and a cosy single bedroom with additional en-suite. All beds have luxury bedding for a good night sleep during your stay.
Highchairs & Travel cots must be requested by guests should they be required.
Outside, there is a free allocated parking space in a residents only parking area.
As your stay is a self catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started . We do also supply toilet roll. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
Our home is approximately a 5 minute walk from North Tees Hospital or a 5 minute drive to both Norton High Street and Stockton town centre. It is also well situated for access to both the A19 and A66.
Our flat is also a perfect base to explore Teesside and the surrounding areas such as the Yorkshire Moors, Roseberry topping, major employers, the award-winning beaches and the numerous wedding venues in and around the area.
If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have a number of properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party in.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
