Our place features a bright, welcoming living room that has comfortable seating and a flat-screen smart TV, a great place to unwind with your party after a busy day. Kick back on the sofa and keep up with your favourite shows on Freeview or log in to your favourite streaming apps.

Park House boasts a clean white modern kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering stays enabling you to cook and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals. Also sharing this space is the dining area which features a table and space for 4 guests. The patio doors in the dining area lead out to the garden which guests are welcome to use.
On the ground floor, there is a WC for convenience.

Up the stairs are the two bedrooms & the main bathroom.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed decked out in plush bedding & complete with room-darkening curtains to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.

The second bedroom has a single bed offering a relaxing night’s sleep amongst a cosy neutral colour scheme. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, as well as drawers so you’ll have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The main contemporary bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, basin & WC.

Our home also has free WiFi throughout.

As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We do also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

Park House is a short drive from James Cook Hospital & Middlesbrough town centre where you’ll find major employers, shops, restaurants, bars & transport links. With expert transport links the property is the ideal location if you are looking for a short-term stay whilst travelling for business. The property is close to neighbouring towns Redcar, Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. It is also in the perfect location for exploring the North East Coast and the North Yorkshire countryside.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
