The living room is flooded with natural light making the space lovely & bright and the perfect place to unwind by kicking back on the comfy corner sofa flicking on the smart TV and logging in to your favourite streaming apps.
Our place has a new, fully equipped kitchen with appliances. You can make use of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The kitchen is home to a dining table that seats 5 and is an ideal place to enjoy your home-cooked meals. There is also convenient downstairs WC.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are home to double beds with space for your belongings.
The main bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin & WC.
You can enjoy free WiFi while staying in our home.
There is free on street parking at the front.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
The house is located in a quiet & convenient area of County Durham. The centre of Durham is within reach by a 15-minute drive.
The place is well situated for access to the A1 making the whole of the North East easily accessible.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
