The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your self-catering stays. The area is also home to the dining table with seating for 4.
The property has four bedrooms, three of which are on the second floor and one on the top floor. The three on the second floor are all home to comfy doubles, one of which has an en-suite. The top floor bedroom is home to twin single beds.
The main bathroom is also located on the second floor which includes a bath & overhead shower, WC & basin.
Our home boasts free WiFi throughout.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
Situated barely 5 minutes walk from Stockton town centre and 10 minutes from Durham University Queens Campus, Newman House is also 5 minutes drive from the A66 opening up Middlesbrough, Teesside and the wider North East.
The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers and proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
