The main bathroom is on the first floor. This includes a bath, overhead shower, basin & WC.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed. The bed can be split into 2 singles should you require.
The second bedroom has a double bed offering a relaxing night’s sleep amongst a cosy colour scheme. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, as well as drawers so you’ll have plenty of storage.

Our home boasts free WiFi throughout.
Towels will be supplied.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
Prime location:
North Tees Hospital is just a 4-minute drive away from Newham House. The property is close to neighbouring towns such as Middlesbrough, Billingham, Norton & Darlington.
The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
