Marham House is a beautifully decorated home away from home in central Middlesbrough.
The home has a large open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has integrated appliances including a wine fridge & 5 burner stove. Home to a dining table for up to 6.
The cosy living room is the ideal place to kick back & relax with a 50-inch smart TV to catch up on your favourite shows. You can log in to your favourite streaming services and keep up with your favourite series.
Up the stairs is home to three comfortable bedrooms & the main bathroom.
The bathroom is a stunning room inclusive of a bath with overhead shower.
The first bedroom has a double bed, the second is a spacious twin room & the third is a cosy single. . There is also plenty of storage in each of the rooms.
The property boasts free WiFi throughout and free parking to the rear.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
Marham House is in central Middlesbrough making it easily accessible to all local amenities. The town centre & football stadium is just a 10-minute drive away. The property is nearby for access to the Teesworks site and other employers around.
The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A66 & A19.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
