Up the stairs, you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a spacious room with a comfy double bed & en suite.
The second bedroom also has a comfy double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and a desk to use as a dedicated workspace or dressing table. All rooms have ample storage space for your belongings and all beds have plush bedding ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The main bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin & WC.
You can enjoy free 250mbps WiFi while staying in our home.
Additionally, there is free on-street parking at the front of the property & a dedicated parking space at the rear.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
The house is located in central Middlesbrough which makes the location perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area, within easy access to all major employers, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airports.
Located within a couple of minutes drive to access of the A19/A66/A174. Making easy access to Wilton, Teesport, JCUH, Middlesbrough etc.
If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
