The spacious living area has a 50-inch smart TV where you can log in to your favourite streaming apps and comfy seating which makes for the perfect place to kick back and relax after a busy day..
Leading through to the modern kitchen, the space is filled with natural light. The kitchen has integrated appliances including washing machine and dishwasher and all the basics for cooking your home-cooked meals. The bi-fold doors lead out onto the back patio & garden.

There is a handy WC off the kitchen.
Up stairs are the three bedrooms and the main bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third has a single. All bedrooms have storage for belongings.
The main bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin & WC.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
The Teesworks site is within a 10-minute drive.
The house is located in central Redcar which makes the location the perfect area for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers and proximity to Teesside airport.
Redcar Primary Care Hospital is within a 3-minute drive. James Cook University Hospital & Middlesbrough town centre are just a 16-minute drive away from the property.
The location makes it easy to get to surrounding towns such as Guisborough, Saltburn, Stockton, Stokesley, Yarm, Billingham & Hartlepool.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
