The kitchen diner gives you plenty of space to properly settle into daily life while you’re away from home. Fully equipped with integrated appliances and everything needed for self-catered stays, it’s set up for everything from quick breakfasts before work to relaxed evening meals after long days across Teesside. The dining area comfortably seats five, making the space practical for groups staying together.

The living room is designed around helping guests properly switch off in the evenings, with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV ready for streaming your favourite shows after work or busy days out. It’s a calm, comfortable space that makes the house feel settled quickly rather than temporary.

Sleeping up to five guests across three bedrooms, the layout offers flexibility for different types of stays. The top-floor master bedroom includes a super king bed and private en-suite, with the option to split the bed into twins if required for contractors or colleagues sharing. On the second floor, there’s a spacious twin room alongside a comfortable single bedroom, giving everyone enough room to stay comfortably without feeling overcrowded.

The main bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, basin, and WC, while the en-suite helps make mornings smoother when multiple guests are staying together.
