James House is the perfect location for both business and leisure trips in the North East. Sleeping five guests across three cosy bedrooms. The house has everything you need for a great stay.

James House has a brand-new contemporary kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catered stay. The dining table shares the room with space for 6 to enjoy your home-cooked meals.

Through the living room, there is a comfortable sofa and accent chairs to kick back and relax on in front of the smart TV. You can log in to your favourite apps to keep up to date with your current shows. The room has double patio doors that lead out onto the private garden.

Up the stairs to the first floor is where you will find the bedrooms. A roomy double and a spacious single. Also sharing this floor is the main bathroom inclusive of a bath, WC & basin.

Up the second set of stairs is the expansive third bedroom. The third bedroom has the added luxury of an en-suite which has a shower, WC & basin. Each bed has crisp, white bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you get a great night’s sleep.

James House boasts free WiFi throughout.

As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We do also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

The place is close to the Riverside Stadium & Middlesbrough Centre.
The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside Airport & within reach of Newcastle airport, and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
