Hatherley Place is the perfect location for business trips. Sleeping four guests across two cosy bedrooms. The house has everything you need for a great stay.

The living space is equipped with a comfy sofa and smart flat-screen TV where you can log in to your favourite streaming apps and keep up to date with your current series, it makes for the perfect space to kick back in for a quiet evening, after a busy day out-and-about in the area.

The large kitchen area has plenty of space for cooking your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils & crockery you should need for a great self-catered stay. Complete with a dining table with space for 4. The kitchen leads out onto a garden for guests to enjoy.

Up the stairs are the two bedrooms. One of which is home to two twin beds, the other a comfy double.

The bathroom is home to a bath with an overhead shower, basin & WC.

Our home is inclusive of free WiFi throughout your stay.

The property is near the Teesworks site & James Cook University Hospital.

As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A66 & A19 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, proximity to Teesside airport.

Hatherley Place is located within easy reach of all Middlesbrough amenities such as the football stadium, James Cook University Hospital, Teesside University, town centre, bars and restaurants, the Tees Works site and transport connections.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have some properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
