Space

This spacious home has a generous-sized kitchen/ dining area. The modern white kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catered stay, including a dining table for 5 to enjoy home-cooked meals.

The cosy living area features a comfy corner sofa, accent chair and a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV to enjoy at your leisure. You can log in to your favourite streaming apps and enjoy your favourite shows. A real social hub, this space is great for relaxing & unwinding with your party after a busy day out in the area.

There is a downstairs WC for convenience.

Up the stairs, there are three sizeable bedrooms. The master bedroom is roomy with ample storage space, a comfy double bed and the added luxury of an en-suite. The second bedroom is home to a double bed & the third home to a cosy single. Each bed has crisp, white bed linens and plush bedding. All bedrooms have room-darkening curtains to ensure you get a great night’s sleep.

The home has an enclosed garden, the garden is a real bonus to this beautiful place. There is private driveway parking to the front with space for 2 cars. There is free WiFi throughout.

As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

Densham House is the perfect location for Stockton & the wider North East. Stockton High Street is a short 5 minutes away and Thornaby & Stockton train stations are both within reach of an 8-minute car journey. Middlesbrough, Yarm & Norton are all within reach of a 10-minute drive.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access, Hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions and wedding venues.  

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
