Welcome to our home in Stockton-on-Tees, which offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area. You’ll have the entire house to yourself, complete with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay!

Space

Deepdale House is the perfect location for both business and leisure trips in the North East. Sleeping five guests across three cosy bedrooms. The house has everything you need for a great stay.

The open-plan kitchen living area is contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you should need for your self-catered stay. The living area shares this space and has a comfortable sofa & accent chair to kick back and relax on it. There is a 50-inch smart TV where you can log in to the streaming apps to keep up with your favourite shows. The patio doors lead out onto the garden which is available for guests to enjoy.

Up the first set of stairs is home to 2 of the bedrooms and the family bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower basin & WC.
The first bedroom has a double bed & the second has a single. Up the second staircase is the third bedroom which is home to twin single beds. All bedrooms have storage for your belongings and all our beds come with premium cotton linen and plush bedding to ensure all guests have a good night’s sleep

Our home is inclusive of free WiFi throughout your stay.

The home offers parking to the rear for 2 cars..

As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply some toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

The property is located on a quiet newly built estate and the location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.

There are many amenities right on your doorstep and the Tees Barrage is just a short walk from the property.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
