Bournville House boasts a clean modern white kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Here you can make use of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The dining table has space for 4 guests. On the ground floor, there is a WC for convenience.
The staircase leading you to the first floor is home to two bedrooms & the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
The second bedroom has a snug single bed offering a relaxing night’s sleep amongst a cosy colour scheme. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, as well as drawers so you’ll have plenty of storage space.
The main contemporary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, basin & WC.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
Guests can park in the allocated space at the front of the property. Our home boasts free WiFi throughout.
North Tees Hospital is just a 4-minute drive away from Bourneville House.
The property is close to neighbouring towns such as Middlesbrough & Darlington.
