Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

The living room is an open space with a smart TV. You can log in to your favourite streaming apps and enjoy your favourite shows after a busy day in the area. The space includes a dining table to enjoy your meals at. A splendid place for socialising.

The property sleeps 4, in two large bedrooms. Both benefitting from large comfy double beds. Both rooms have ample space and plenty of storage for belongings.

The main bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, basin & WC.

Outside, the property offers off-street parking and a small front garden.

Walking distance from Middlesbrough town centre (c.15 mins), it is also situated very close to excellent transport links (A19 and A66) offering the chance to further explore the beautiful North East.

We operate a no smoking policy inside the property but we are more than happy to welcome well-behaved pets.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible as we are both local and available 24/7 to help with any issues.
