Nestled in the heart of Yarm’s historic High Street is our cosy self-contained open-plan duplex.

Situated in a private mews, with the benefit of a private car parking space, The apartment is an ideal spot to stay in Yarm.

The duplex comprises an open-plan kitchen & lounge. The lounge has comfortable seating and a 50-inch smart TV to relax in front of.

On this floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other a double. Both bedrooms have storage for your belongings.
Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin & WC.

Up the stairs, there is a large kingsize bedroom. Complete with a sofa and an additional family bathroom with a walk-in shower.

As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

Teesside Airport is just a 10-minute drive away from the house.
Yarm Train Station is easily accessible by a 3-minute car journey or a 10-minute walk.
The A66 & A19 are just 10 minutes away from the house making it easily accessible for access to the whole of the North-East. Hugely accessible to all major employers, tourist attractions and the North East’s luxury wedding venues.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
