Essex House is a fully equipped bright & spacious place situated in a peaceful and safe location and perfectly suited for all.
Within walking distance of both Stockton and Norton town centres as well as being within perfect proximity to transport links of the A19 and A66, Essex House is your perfect base on Teesside. Great for both work and play.
Essex House boasts an immaculate kitchen diner, fully equipped for self-catering stays with all appliances, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals and enjoy at the dining table with five comfy dining chairs.
The living space includes comfy sofas and a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV. The perfect place to unwind during your stay, log in to your favourite streaming apps and keep up with your favourite shows or spend quality time with your party. The patio doors in the living room lead out onto the garden. The garden is a private area with only trees behind. There is a table and chairs for guests to use making it the ideal place to sit in the evening sun.
The main bathroom suite is a modern space where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the bathtub. The space is complete with an overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Essex House sleeps five people comfortably across three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All bedrooms come with storage for belongings and plush bedding for a great night’s sleep. The first double bedroom has a bonus of an en-suite which has a walk-in shower, wash basin & WC.
There is a free private driveway for parking to the front. The house has free WiFi for guests to use.
As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.
The place is within driving distance from The Stockton Globe, North Tees Hospital, Tees Barrage, ARC Stockton Art Centre and both Stockton & Norton high streets.
It is within perfect proximity to transport links of the A19 and A66.
The Avenue is your perfect base on Teesside. Great for both work and play.
The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.
If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.
Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible as we are both local and available 24/7 to help with any issues.
